If your Snoovia item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or develops a product issue, contact us with your order number and a description. Include photos when reasonably available and relevant to the issue.
Product-specific coverage
Any express written warranty offered for a product will be stated with that product or in the documentation supplied with it. This page does not create an additional fixed-term warranty or a sleep trial.
Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed goods remain applicable. Do not send an item to a return address until we provide the relevant instructions.
